Mixed Martial Arts and Jiujitsu Training
You can learn about one of the most efficient and widely practiced self-defense techniques with our jiujitsu training. This program is designed to help individuals learn how to defend against any attacker by using their assailant’s weight and force against them.
We also offer classes in other disciplines. Through judo training, our skilled instructors will teach you how to evade dangerous situations through a series of drills emulating realistic attack scenarios to prepare you for real-world encounters.
We’ll help you take down any armed or unarmed attacker, no matter their strength or size, by teaching you the principles of angles, pressure, leverage and timing. In our jiujitsu training, you’ll learn a series of specialized holds and other nonviolent techniques that you can use to effectively subdue attackers.

Youth Self-Defense and MMA Training
The ability to protect oneself is just as important for children as it is for adults — in fact, it’s perhaps even more crucial for kids to know how to defend themselves against unexpected threats. In addition to our standard self-defense and mixed martial arts classes, we also offer specialized training courses for younger participants. These classes feature numerous mixed martial arts (MMA) styles, including jiujitsu and judo.
Kickboxing Fitness Group Training
If you’re looking to engage in defensive training in the company of other learners, we offer kickboxing fitness classes for groups. Kickboxing is a stand-up combat art derived from karate and boxing that uses kicking and punching as a form of general fitness, self-defense or as a contact sport.
In our fitness training, we teach participants to employ technical kickboxing strategies to increase health and wellness and promote self-defense while interacting with a supportive community.
