Stephanie Rosser

Stephane Rosser is our COO, General Counsel, and a member of our founding team. She joined RiP USA after seven successful years in the energy sector while running her own law firm. Licensed in Pennsylvania, her expertise includes corporate law, licensing and compliance, contracts, as well as property acquisition and titling. Stephanie holds a Juris Doctor from Appalachian School of Law. She believes that Maya Angelou framed life’s purpose best: “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”

Stephanie is an ACT 235 Instructor.
