These terms govern the RIP USA, Inc. (“RIP”) text-messaging program. By providing

your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

When you opt in, RIP sends recurring automated text messages related to site security

and workforce operations at the worksites we secure. Messages may include siteaccess

notices, safety and emergency alerts, emergency evacuation/muster

instructions, weather advisories, credential/expiration reminders, and schedule or shift

updates.

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our

registration/opt-in form, or by texting a keyword to our number where offered. Consent

is not a condition of employment or of access to any worksite.

Message frequency varies based on site activity and conditions.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. RIP

does not charge for the messages.

Text STOP to 1 (833) 463-3374 at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation

message and then no further messages, unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject

to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile

opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted

here.
