Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

RIP USA, Inc. (“RIP,ˮ “we,ˮ “us,ˮ or “ourˮ) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy
explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you
have. It applies to our website, ripusa.com, and to the security, access-control, badging,
and text-messaging services we provide to our clients and the personnel who work at
the sites we secure.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Identity & contact information — name, mobile phone number, email address,
employer/company, and job title or trade.
Identity-verification information — information read from a government-issued ID or
driverʼs license when you are registered for site access (for example, name, date of
birth, and ID number). We store this in a minimized form and do not retain the full ID
number.
Credential & access information — your site badge, assigned access level/zones,
certifications and their expiration dates, a photograph taken for your badge, and
records of your entries and exits at the sites we secure.
Messaging information — your consent to receive text messages and your optin/opt-out status.
Website & device information — standard log data (such as IP address and browser
type) when you visit our website.

2. How We Use Information

Operate site access control, badging, headcount, and workforce reporting for our
clients.
Send operational and emergency text messages (for example, site access notices,
safety alerts, emergency evacuation/muster instructions, weather advisories, and
schedule updates) to personnel who have opted in.
Verify identity and confirm that required certifications are current before granting site
access.
Maintain the security of worksites and comply with legal, safety, insurance, and client
requirements.
Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing
or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide
support services, such as messaging delivery and customer support, is permitted
solely to operate the program. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be
shared with any third parties for any other purpose.
If you opt in to our text-messaging program, we use your mobile number only to send
the types of messages described above and in our SMS Terms & Conditions. Message
frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by
replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP, to 1 (833) 463-3374.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party
marketing. We may share information only as follows:
With our clients (the general contractors, owners, and site operators we provide
security services to) as needed to manage access and safety at their worksites.
With service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting,
messaging/SMS delivery, and identity-verification vendors) under contracts that
require them to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us.
For legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests,
protect the safety of people at a worksite, or enforce our agreements.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to
meet our clientsʼ contractual, legal, and safety recordkeeping requirements, after which
we delete or de-identify it.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal
information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls. Sensitive
identifiers such as driverʼs-license numbers are stored only in a hashed, minimized
form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to
protect your information.

7. Your Choices

Text messages: opt out any time by replying STOP; opt back in by registering again.
Access & correction: you may ask us to access or correct the personal information
we hold about you, subject to our clientsʼ recordkeeping obligations.

8. Childrenʼs Privacy

Our services are intended for adults working at or visiting secured worksites and are not
directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version
here and revise the “Effective dateˮ above.
