Scott Williams

Scott Williams is our Human Resources Manager. For over 6 years, he worked in a wide variety of companies.  He holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Geneva College. Scott worked for RiP in 2018 and got the opportunity to rejoin the team in 2022. His areas of expertise include recruitment and onboarding administration, employee recognition, compensation and performance management, benefits administration, FMLA, and Workers Compensation.
