Sam McDowell

Sam McDowell is a Team Leader and our Process Improvement Administrator. He uses his psychology degree, experience in counseling and management, and business/accounting background to help everyone at RiP strive for a complete sense of success. Sam’s skills include reviewing procedures’ efficiency and analyzing tools to find superior alternatives, giving training custom-tailored to the individual, or just lending an ear to co-workers in a time of need. His life’s motto: treat others with kindness and fairness.
